Ladies Section – Pre Season Survey 2019

Please identify up to three aspects of your experience at Southgate which have had a positive impact on your enjoyment of hockey.

We would very much like to ensure that any major issues and concerns from previous seasons are recognised and where possible addressed. We would like you to tell us about any problems or concerns you have had over the past few seasons which has diminished your enjoyment. We would like you to be honest so to make sure that responses remain anonymous, please remember not to put any names in your submissions.
