We are so pleased you are interested in joining us for the 2023-2024 Season! We have tried to make it as simple as possible this year to sign up to the club, please ensure if you are new that you have been in contact with our Junior Manager or Men’s and Women’s Chair of Selectors before paying any money for subs, you must be formally invited to join before signing up for the season.

Please follow through by clicking on each relevant section that applies to you, you will then be asked to fill in a membership form and pick a way to pay.
We offer 2 ways to pay :
- Bank Transfer – please note the bank details further below as they are different for the Junior members that have paid in previous season – please retain these bank details as your default for Southgate HC.
- Direct Debit.
The subscription for the 2023/2024 Season covers
- Your annual joining fee.
- All match fees and home teas throughout the season.
- All coaching, training and pitch hire throughout the season.
- All Affiliation and League Fees.
- 5% Discount and other Member promotions at the bar in our clubhouse.
- Free Y1 Home Shirt.
This season we will continue our GOLD membership for those club members that are able to offer a bit extra to assist the club finances to help us realise top level ambitions in the Men, Women and Junior sections. Separate from other fundraising initiatives, this is an easy way for members to add some much-needed funds to the pot. GOLD membership requires a minimum of 12 equal payments (or the equivalent annual single one-off payment). GOLD members will be issued with a Gold membership card to use at the bar and will be offered additional perks throughout the season.
For those that are able to, and to help with the Club’s cash flow, single season / annual payment direct to the club bank account would be greatly appreciated, but it is understood that this will not be possible for many, so we have tried to recognise this by offering members the ability to spread their payments throughout the season. Either way, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pay-up promptly, as chasing for Subs is time-consuming and exhausting for your club volunteers.
JUNIOR SIBLING DISCOUNT – Please make sure that the sibling discount is for the younger sibling if relevant, for example if you have 1 x O12 and 1 x U12, you pay full price on the O12 and you receive sibling discount on the U12. Please ensure you get this right as it saves us having to chase up later in the season. Any issues, please ask us first.
** Fees paid after the 13th of October 2023 will be considered as late and the club will enforce a no pay no play policy to ensure fairness in selection. PLEASE PAY YOUR SUBS ON TIME.
