Last Wednesday saw the Toshiba Anniversary Match at Lee Valley as Great Britain took on Belgium in recognition of it being thirty years since GB won gold at the Seoul Olympics in 1988. A number of members took the opportunity to attend and see some top quality hockey as GB won 2-1. Among the members of the ’88 side who attended were Robert Clift and Stephen Batchelor both of whom represented the club with distinction in the eighties.
